Druskininkai Snoras Snow Arena – the only winter activities complex in the Baltic countries that works all year round. Three skiing slopes and snowboarding park are arranged in the area of 8 hectares.

Snow in Snoras Snow Arena is made by using PowderStar Series technology. Water and air are the only ingredients of the snow, no chemical or bacteriological additives are used, so our snow is 100% natural. The snow making system in Snoras Snow Arena is fully automatic; it can be controlled and managed remotely. The technology of PowderStar Series gives us opportunity to produce the snow of highest quality all year round.

There are three kinds of lifts in Snoras Snow Arena: chair lift, button lift and three Magic Carpets.

The average temperature in Snoras Snow Arena is about -2°C, so warm clothes are recommended. There is a possibility to rent all the clothes and equipment in our rental point for extra fee. There are 1000 lockers equipped in dressing zone for personal belongings of our visitors.

All our visitors must follow the rules and regulations of Snoras Snow Arena. It means, that they should know how to control speed and direction, be able to turn and stop, use lifts without any help. If visitor is not capable of doing these actions all alone, Snoras Snow Arena offers services of DruSkiSchool skiing school instructors. The instructors of this school are working by SmartSnow system. The main object of this system is to teach visitors skiing and snowboarding techniques quickly and effectively.

After active day on the snow, You are welcome to warm up, refresh and recuperate in the self-service restaurant or "Bo" bar. The time spent in these facilities does not count in skiing time. Absolut Ice Bar and Carlsberg Finish Bar arranged inside the Main Slope – for true skiing enthusiasts. Time spent in these bars counts in skiing time. Breathtaking view of Druskininkai and their surroundings opens through the windows of Aero Gallery restaurant, arranged in the height of 50 meters.

Services

Skiing complex „Snoras Snow Arena“ – complex, located in territory of 8 hectares, where three skiing slopes covered with snow, for the alpine skiing and snowboarding are equippted under one roof.

Skiing slope for beginners – special place meant for learning of skiing and snowboarding for beginners and skiing courses with instructors. The slope is open all year round.

The Main skiing slope – for professionals and advanced skiers and snowboarders, for training, competition and skiing courses with instructors. The slope is open all year round.

Outdoor skiing slope – connected with the main slope for advanced and professional skiers and snowboarders, for trainings and competitions. The slope starts working, when when outdoor temperature falls below +5ºC.

Snowboard park – Snow Park – entertainment zone for freestyle skiers and snowboarders arranged on the Main Slope (one more – on the Outdoor slope during winter season). There is variety of figures made of plastic, metal and snow for extreme snowboarding.

Restaurants/bars. There are 8 restaurants and bars arranged in „Snoras Snow Arena“ complex for every taste. The Exclusive Chef of „Snoras Snow Arena“ Stanislav Kizenevič is the President of Lithuanian Association of Restaurant Chefs and Confectioners.

DruFunPark. Four level fun park for children from 3 to 12 years arranged in the warm facilities of „Snoras Snow Arena“.

DruSkiSchool. Qualified instructors of mountain skiing and snowboarding school „DruSkiSchool“ will teach to ski or snowboard quickly and effectively.

 STANDARD PRICES FOR SKIING SLOPES

 
 Wishing to use the main slope, all visitors should follow the Skiing Safety Rules. This means that you will have to know how to control the speed and direction, be able to turn and stop and use the lifts without help.

If you are not able to perform the abovementioned actions, you are not yet ready to use the main slope. We suggest that you improve your skiing skills on the beginners’ slope.

You are also welcome to take advantage of the services provided by our instructors – to undergo the initial training, arrange skiing and snowboarding lessons and  the beginners’ slope.

Children under 14  are allowed to the slopes under adult supervision only.
